ORDERS

Are the products sold on Angieberrys original?

The products sold on Angieberrys are all 100% original, purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product.

I want to cancel my order, what do i do?

Please email info@angieberrys.com within 2 hours of placing your order, if you wish to cancel your order.

How can I track my order?

An email including your shipping information will be sent to you at point of dispatch, information will include tracking number and direct link to your tracking information.

I am having trouble placing an order online, where do I get help?

Please email info@angieberrys.com to point out any issues, please allow 48 hours to receive replies and 78 hours over the weekend.

UK  DELIVERY

UK standard delivery is £5.99 and deliveries will be made within 2-6 working days after you place your order. You will receive your shipping notification once your order is dispatched. 

All orders are dispatched within 48hours after payment is confirmed and will be received within 2-6 working days. Orders placed during Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.  

FREE UK DELIVERY

UK orders £200 and above receive free delivery. 

Please note that the items you order, may arrive separately, as we get them from their respective warehouses. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - EUROPE

Standard delivery is £10.00 and deliveries will be made within 5-7 working days after you place your order. Orders are dispatched within 48hours after payment is confirmed. You will receive your shipping notification once your order is dispatched. 

Free Standard EU Delivery for orders over £250.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you are not around to  receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.

OUTSIDE EU- America & Canada

Standard delivery is from £16.99 depending on weight of your order and deliveries will be made within 5-7 working days after you place your order. Orders are dispatched within 48hours after payment is confirmed. You will receive your shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

Free Standard Delivery for orders over £300.

Delivery will be made within 5 to 7 working days from placing your order.

RUSSIA

Delivery is from £15.99 to  £19.99. 

The delivery price will is dependent on the weight of your order.

Returns

To return your product, email us at info@angieberrys.com to inform us you will be returning your item. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the order for the following reasons: if you dislike the product; if the product is too big/small, damaged, does not correspond to the product ordered, or if it is not actually in the package or otherwise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You must follow these instructions to start the return request:

- Inform us via email of your desire to return your order.
- We will send an e-mail enclosed with the instructions will arrive within 24 hours (please check the Spam or Promotions boxes)

- Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving the e-mail

Angieberrys reserves the right to not reimburse in the following cases:

- The product is damaged or the original packaging (shoe box, sunglasses case, dust-proof bag) is missing or damaged.
- Return code and/or order number are missing from return package
- Unauthorized or after return deadline

The shipping and return costs are to be paid by you, unless otherwise instructed.

Also, in the case of flawed or non-compliant products, a return request must be made as indicated above. The damage must be described in detail and photos must be attached demonstrating its extent within and no later than 20 days from receipt of the order.

Angieberrys does not exchange goods. It is necessary to make a return request for the product that the you wish to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Items such as Earrings cannot be returned.


If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted and not refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted and not refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially paid into your account. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is completed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Angieberrys does not exchange goods. It is necessary to make a return request for the product that the you wish to return. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@angieberrys.com.
